Return & Refund

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURN POLICY
A: For Perishable Items : For orders placed, you can return whatever you are not happy with within 24 hours and the amount will be deducted from your bill. A partial return for a single product is not possible. For instance, if you are unhappy with 3 pieces of radish out of 6, you will have to return all 6 pieces.
 
For Non Perishable items : Should you be unsatisfied with the quality or if there is a product issue and wish to get a refund after receiving your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery and we will refund or credit you the amount that you wish you return.
 
You can write to us within 7 days after delivery in case there is an issue with the quality of the product. A refund or a credit will be offered for the same.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in unaltered  and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@himalayfrsh.com, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and return to the stores or the mailing address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  Please check sizes before buying any products we do not offer a refund for size issues.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you telephonically or by email when your return has been processed. Once Refund initiated, the Amount will be credited to your payment mode within 5~7 bank working days as per Payment gateway norms.

MISSING
  • Parcel opening video is a must for return, refund, or missing request. Without video, none of the requests entertained.
  • Some small products are packed inside another product bag, Please clearly check.
  • If the Items missing are confirmed, we will reship those items or refund money for missing items.
  • If a package is opened or the packages count is less while delivery, Don’t collect it and contact us immediately. If You collected those kinds of parcels without our concern, we cant help with that.
